Hike through Hokkaido's most stunning natural scenery on an expert-led nature tour

Details

Walk on the Wild Side

Embark on an unforgettable trek through the untouched wilderness of Shiretoko, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for diverse wildlife and panoramic scenery. With a local nature expert by your side, explore the dynamic natural beauty of this national park, from dense forests to staggering cliffside shores. As you adventure through Eastern Hokkaido's terrain, discover more about the flora and fauna calling this region home, from bounding herds of Ezo deer, circling pairs of Steller's sea eagles, and even the great lumbering brown bear famed on Hokkaido's shores, as well as about the history and ecosystem of the region. This journey through Shiretoko isn't just a hike; it's a dive into the raw, untouched beauty of one of Japan’s last true wildernesses.
