The Personalization Process
Contacting the custom booking concierge requires a $3,000 deposit that will be dedicated from the final cost of the personally-crafted experience. This non-refundable sum ensures that every request is provided with an unparalleled attention to detail by our booking team, and that any communication completed with our masters when developing these tailor-made plans is for serious inquiries only.
After making your deposit and submitting an inquiry, our team will work directly with both you and masters to create a finalized itinerary. As our masters are working professionals, actively involved in their fields, it may not always be possible to arrange an experience that suits both their schedule and your duration of stay in Japan. In that case, our team will consult with you to explore alternatives that match your expectations while respecting the limited availability of our hosts.
These personalized packages are suitable for families, solo travelers, and large groups, but also are optimal for highly-motivated travelers seeking a more immersive experience into any of the cultural products currently offered. Guests making last-minute requests 72 hours or less from the expected start of the experience can also complete urgent bookings with the concierge.
Packages do not include accommodation bookings, but recommendations of reputable lodging and transportation options can be provided upon request.
