Please note that the tour prices cover guide services only. Guests are responsible for covering all additional expenses incurred during the tour, including but not limited to food costs, transportation fees, entrance tickets, and any other extras.

The Personalization Process

  • Contacting the custom booking concierge requires a nominal deposit that will be dedicated from the final cost of the private guided tour. This non-refundable sum ensures that every request is provided with an unparalleled attention to detail by our booking team, and that any communication completed developing these tailor-made plans is for serious inquiries only. 

  • After making your deposit and submitting an inquiry, our team will work directly with both you and our certified guides to create a finalized itinerary.

  • In the rare case that the custom booking concierge is unable to secure a private tour guide who is an expert in your area of interest, the deposit fee will be returned to the guest.
