An In-Depth Brewing Education

When it comes to the business of brewing, there's always something to learn. This beer distillery, built into the structure of an abandoned local elementary school building, imbues both constant innovation and community connection into its core values. While the front section preserves the original structure, complete with the farewell messages of the final generation of students still left on the wall, the distillery conjoined behind salvages the spirit of the town and brings its vitality in new directions. Using an inventive range of ingredients, such as mountain-grown wine grapes to create a deep, fruity taste, or Hokkaido-grown corn grits to infuse a dash of local flavor, this brewery brings flavor to the forefront. Following a tour of the factory, where the intricate processes of perfecting a range of brews can be observed up close, guests can imbibe a choice of beer that combines craft and community.

What you’ll do

Take a behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery and learn more about the beer brewing process. Then, sample a flight of beer crafted in-house.
